Divorce creates a unique grief process in which the client experiences a rollercoaster of emotions and the need to adapt to new situations. I offer the help to enable you to grow from the experience so that when you are ready, you can avoid the same relationship mistakes in the future.

Individual Therapy: I specialize in working with children and families transition to a healthy new norm during the divorce process. In many cases, the children are either feeling caught in between the parents or feel like they have to choose a side. Individual therapy can often help children process their confused feelings with an someone objective so they don’t have to worry about offending either parent.

Reunification Therapy: I work with court-ordered families in which the family has been disrupted by divorce or other factors such as a child’s resistance/refusal to see a parent, a history that created fear of a family member, and introduction to a parent who has not been with the child in the past.
